Nimblyy Lite is for companies that need a correct timesheet, not a shift planner. Attendance comes from the app with GPS, QR code or NFC. The system rounds the times as permitted by Inail Circular 71/2001, with configurable entry and exit tolerances, and keeps the original times. Absences use twelve types, each linked to its legal basis, from holidays to Law 104. Documents are encrypted per company, scanned for viruses, and signed from the app with a fingerprint or the device PIN. The system classifies anomalies automatically: out of area, outside working hours, closing day, and unknown workplace.

Document signing with fingerprint
The employee signs from the app with a fingerprint or the device PIN. There is no OTP code to wait for. The biometric credentials never leave the phone.
GPS, QR and NFC clock-in
Clock in from the app with a distance check from the workplace, QR code or NFC tag. Each method is recorded on the timesheet.
Classified anomalies
Out of area, outside working hours, closing day or unknown workplace: each anomaly has its own cause and is not reported generically.
Encrypted and scanned documents
Each company has its own encryption key. Uploaded files pass an antivirus check before storage.
Real-time updates
Attendance, requests and cash closings appear on the dashboard as they happen, with no page reload.
Monthly timesheet ready
Export the monthly timesheet to PDF with the actual hours worked. Overlapping periods are not counted twice.
